Ideally that would be cute, but it would also confuse things. The world is in a novel so it's in the past. Destined to occur, obviously that's why suho knows what was going to occur because he read the events in the future, Seoul. However Gogi being the reincarnated og Lloyd means that all the events in the manga were destined to happen creating a loop in which suho grows up in the future but joins the past to make the future what it is, Gogi existing. Gogi being the reincarnated Lloyd would make things so confusing. OG Lloyd reincarnation is Kim Suho. That’s why Javier cannot fee the difference between their souls. Llyod is Kim Suho and Kim Suho is Llyod.
Maybe the friend is the reincarnation of the og Lloyd?
