I would say on average, best answer for this kind of question is it can depend on the person and the partner they're with and position for whether or not it hurts or feels good. I've felt both ways about it myself. For our Pania though, I can imagine the masochism factor she's been experiencing makes it more on the pleasurable side
It depends on the woman and her cycle. It's soft around ovulation and during menstruation, and other times it's hard. There are also women whose cervix is generally quite soft, so instead of hurting, it only stimulates.
