I agree with you, even in hetero manhwa stories I often notice it. Like theres always this theme of female envy. Also most of the time the second female lead is portrayed as someone insufferable (while second ml is often the green flag)

i'm trying so hard not to bother with green haired girl but she makes it difficult to ignore her when she pulls dumb shit like that. tf she means she's the first to notice Siwoo's attractiveness when she's been shit talking about him before. defend her all you want that she's a kid experiencing youth but this is just annoying, does she think the world revolves around just her or sumthin???
