The scientist J that created the silver creatures, those soldiers are his experiments. The mother Mc is housing the alien creature that is the true mom of those original creatures.
I suppose the 'father' is what created all these monsters including those two alongside all of those soldiers? Dogun isn't the only human/monster, now they have a platoon of it. But why? Do they need the mother to create more chaos or...
