I know. I was just sharing and thinking what it would feel like IRL. And as far as I remember from the novel, I don't think they detail the treatment of Josh's wounds so there were no inaccuracies. I just get bit a lot due to the nature of my work and I can relate a little bit although my life is not as dramatic as fighting a pack of coyotes alone in the woods while my handsome boss is hyperventilating in the car
This may be out of topic but those animal bites on Josh are gonna be a btch to treat with antirabies kkkkkkkkk. If it is that severe and many, they will inject the medicine right on each bite wound. I experienced it and it was so painful that I wanted to pass out. The pain is like stubbing your toe really hard but the pain lingers for a long time. Having experience it, I now fondly recall my skin allergy test as a comforting memory
