I forgot what Jaheon's last name is but I am pretty sure he isn't a Kang. Jaheon's family is the side family so they are like extended family members that can be used as sacrifices. This girl is probably the direct descendant therefore even if she is an omega, she has the bloodline to back up her being the head.
