Anyways I think that has already happened. In one of the previous chapter there was a flashback of him blaming Haeson and it seems like he slowly became distant and started treating her bad because he started to seriously believe that's true. I think his old classmate had a hand on it too.
My theory is that the friend once told him he wouldn't be working hard while still going to school and porn would have gone to uni/college of he didn't marry and stayed with Haeson. Maybe the fatigue, their poor lifestyle (remember he came from a fairly well off family) and losing the money he saved for his tuition (he prob used it to pay her debts), may have lead him to the spiraling thought that it is Haeson's fault. Haeson not denying it and staying silent, his friends telling him so and his own displeasure making him point fingers prob dulled the love he has for her. I wonder if he got to that point after facing the cruel reality of adult life, the debts, jobs hunting etc with no degree, not doing what he has planned, and from the looks of it, his family seems to have cut ties with him after he stayed/married Haeso...

Tho I did type the word sometimes when ranting about yikes BL and josei manga and webtoon here and battwo (another reading site). Well whatever.
