My opinion on the manwha

My opinion on ML: He was born in a laboratory of course hes going to act stubborn and childish when he suddenly appeared into an adult body. they never gave him knowledge because they only care for his pheromones and breeding experiments. Which literally means hes learning from recent chapters and he was exposed to rut without knowing what to do he (kind of) received it after admiring someone that is willing to care of them. (And again he was born in a laboratory in the child body he wasnt showing any emotion) Also MC is trying to help this ML develop simple common sense so ML can actually learn something simple that understanding also there could be more future explanatory about this manwha that made people misunderstood or it showed that this is really what the Author is really trying to tell us (well I hope not cause that would be boring smh) were literally at the start of release of this manwha and honestly? I don't think its rape or pedophilia since he transformed into an adult without giving any behind meaning of it why it happened (they never gave a clear explanation about how it triggered it and I hope there a deeper meaning) which also gave him a mindset of sex as I said ML was exposed into a rut immediately from the start of the chapters and ML had consent the ml he showed any signs of traumatic from sex because all he did was had an emotion that it is normal and by his words he has experienced it..? Anyways ML is still learning how to do proper sex and MC is teaching him and thats all I think..
