The story is about our MC, who is part of the Russian mafia, and who is extremely codependent on his younger brother. His younger brother is basically the sole reason he’s kept going this long, and he wants to keep him safe until he can safely get him away from their terrible life. His younger brother is rebellious and hates his older brother (MC) for reasons, and started dating this one rich dude, thinking that the rich guy can get him out of their sketchy ass town and away from his controlling older bro. Older bro learns of this, freaks out bc the rich guy is the son of one of the mafias enemies, and if the mob finds out MCs younger brother is dating the rich guy, then they’ll slaughter everyone involved. The main character thinks his younger brother is only dating the rich guy bc he’s a horny alpha, and so he turns himself into an omega with this drug and kidnaps his younger brother and then basically sexually assaults him. Younger brother is obv extremely upset by this, learns that they’re not blood related and other lore, decides that he can’t escape his crazy ass brother and decides to play along for now. Older brother fakes a pregnancy to keep him trapped (lmao) and other mafia stuff happens. Anyways in the most recent chapter the rich guy lies about smth that happened to their parents and the MC doesn’t deny it (bc he doesn’t want to hurt him w the truth), so the younger brother runs off with the rich guy. There’s probably a time skip after this.
Anyways …. I think this is worth reading if you’re ok with pseudo incest, themes of SA, and angst
