I AGREEEEEEE. + I honestly wish the story had more chapters from his point of view, because in the beginning we really got to see how good he was to her. For a moment, it almost felt like he was the right one for her (I was almost rooting for him to change too). But then reality set in, and he turned out to be no better than the rest—maybe even worse, because of the false hope he gave. And that’s EXACTLY why I think this story works so well. It strips away the comforting delusion that love alone can fix everything. When both people are at rock bottom, no matter how much effort they pour into each other, the relationship becomes more of a burden than a refuge.
With so many people saying "idc about mincheol" here is my unpopular opinion: ME, I CARE ABOUT MINCHEOL BACKSTORY, I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED and why he turn out the way he is because this shits so for reals. It hits harder when you know that there are people like this irl, who wasn't always an asshole but became shittier as we grow up, or like they weren't who we think they were.
That's what makes uninteresting story I feel.
