pressing lightly does the work too. just enough to get oxygen to the brain but enough to fully take a breath. fully cutting off oxygen for some seconds isn't harmful but its not recommend to the point of unconsciousness.
i rlly love 2D men, only in fiction you'd see a dick that pretty ლ(´ڡ`ლ) btw that's not how breathplay should be done, it is extremely dangerous to stop the blood flow to the brain as it could lead to permanent brain damage...
