I didn't expect this story would have so much depth..
I think I can understand the reason why she decided to put him on adoption. Her son told her he wishes she was never his mom because they call him names because his mom had an aids. Even though she's unwilling to let her son go, she had to put him on adoption so he could live a life without being stigmatized because of her illness and that's what she thinks is the best for him. In order for him to live a life better than their current situation. Her son asking her not to be his mother and would rather be an orphan is not the only reason for her to let go for sure. Well anyways that's just my take after reading the entire 93 chapters.
