Hope you'll enjoy it! I'm not up to date, I'm waiting for it to be complete, but as far as I've read it focuses more on worldbuilding, politics and character dynamics rather than romance. There is romance though, but pretty slow burn, if I remember correctly.
Manhwa similar to Turning? I guess similar in a way that the plot is more focused on the supernatural aspect rather than their relationship
