I've seen some younger ukes too- and they also get away with it.
W OPINION It's crazy how normalised this is and so many people don't find fault with it just because it's the younger person that tops or sometimes just because the one being groomed is a BOY.
I hate that in BL , they get away with grooming and rape of minors by making the younger ones the TOP.
