I agree with him being sorta a red flag. Yes he has trauma and what not, but the author should have shown him growing past that or healing or whatever. It just felt we brushed over major issues he had. But I disagree with the hesitation bit people talked about. His best friend had liked him since high school. The only person he thought knew him and still cared. Now he likes someone who knows him and still cares, of course he’s gonna worry about not losing his best friend in the process. ML should have talked it out but then again he was worried at how she’ll respond ( which we saw at the end) but I guess there’s only one outcome if you’ve liked someone and wanted them that long, gotta move on to get past it.
The FL becoming paranoid and insecure bothered me. Like babes you just started going out and she hadn’t done anything to you. Telling him to cut her off, It was weird. Only to find out the FL “sixth sense” was true, was annoying cus why is everyone so dang interested in this boy( but that’s not the point).
Glad they both came to their senses. Also wish they dwelled on the family dynamics a bit more.
Btw, its a big ask but please recommend more completed straight manwhas with a FL thats not spineless, dumb, or naive
I have read a lady and her butler, positively yours, my reason to die, just twilight. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
