The way I almost dropped it but I continued reading it because I saw spoilers of who the ML is. A lot of the more "serious" josei romances doesn't go with their obvious choice of ML just for the sake of satisfying audiences' fantasies, and I love how unconventional this is.
This is the type of love triangle that SHOULD be tagged a love triangle, an actual emotional turmoil and not the kind where everyone else are just side characters while it's obvious who the final ML is. It makes me appreciate the variety this genre have, because even in life you don't usually end up spending your whole life with your first partner. (Also I love how the MLs acknowledges and respects eo as actual rivals, it's a healthy rs)
