I know that (SPOILERS) the MC did in fact do what he said in the hypothetical (to a degree?) to the ML, which was crazy foreshadowing. But still, idk, two wrongs don't make a right. If someone hurt you so horribly in the past, wouldn't the best thing be to move on and hope that karma gets them. Just uninvolve yourself and stay as far away from them as possible? Not yk dedicating your life to get a lick back. Any who, ts is just sad and I'm just waiting for some sort of empathy or emotional maturity to kick in for either one of them, so that maybe something can save this.
