Ooo what makes you say that?

Yep, because Nia calls the ML "Blind Idiot" (Azathoth's nickname in Cthulhu mythos) and Nia has a ring with the name same as Nyarlathotep's artifact in Cthulhu mythos, Nia serves the "Blind Idiot" (while antagonizing him) just like Nyarlathotep does in Cthulhu mythos, and the other entities talk about the ML being superior to "Crawling Chaos" (Nyarlathotep's title in Cthulhu mythos).

Well, one easy route, for one, would be to make Nia the "villain", due to either his "good" or "bad" intentions. Or maybe, he bypasses the ML by having some another entity be the one to come in contact with the FL, in order to give her a "hint"...

They're all fictional "alien god" characters created by a nerdy club of 'science-fiction horror' writers around the same time that Lord of the Rings was first written... The most famous writer in the club being someone whose last name was Lovecraft.

Improved answer: This is based on the fictional "alien god" characters from some really old science-fiction horror novels and short stories written by a nerdy club of 'science-fiction horror' writers around the same time that Lord of the Rings was first written... Huh I was wondering what the insults were based off of.. idk why I didn't clock that this was based off of Lovecraftian horrors haha. This makes so much more sense now
