That's because we were reading this not knowing about Taeju's char development in the future. We were literally stuck with rape chapter for weeks and the next one just didn't seem to be much better
It's much better to read this when it's at this point where we already know the ending
Euihyun a bad bitch! Yeah! Fuck em up! I love this sm and it's not as bad as ppl described. Yes, Taeju did rape him the first time, but at least he realised that he was an asshole and he even apologised for the second time when he was in rut. He even tried to alone for what he did. He didn't try to gloss over what he did with sex and just forget it. He atleast apologised, in others they don't ever apologise and just bang and forget and some ppl say that's fine... But I honestly don't think he's as bad as ppl said he was, very sweet after realised he was an asshole. The kids are super cute and my heart feels like exploding. It was so funny I kept cackling at 1am. Red flag to green flag for me! (Although I'm still not gonna gloss over what he did that first time. In other works like I said they just gloss it over with sex.)
