It could be that Ido wanted Sejin to choose him. It seemed like he was trying to lay to the ground work to keep him safe, give him a life he could be proud of, without begging him to love him too. I don't think Ido knew that Sejin didn't want to be free, he wanted to be tied to someone (as family). I imagine this could be why Ido's actions in life 2 confused Sejin.

But nothing could compare to suicide, especially when the person is fine and not mentally ill, i he kills himself with a smile my poor baby he was so cold and distant with sejin not smiling not giving him any warmth. It doesn't have to anything special cuz if you're not gonna do any of that might be better to just let him live his life cuz the boy doesn't need another version of his fake family another heartache another headache,
It was all good when he pulled him completely away from his family but he should have treated alot better after that.

Im not crying you are second time i cry while reading, my baby, my pure baby idk how could kwon be like that in this next life after experiencing this exact moment. My baby You should have been showered with love and affection and peace, he should have made very sure of that. And now that this came back to him idk how he would even enjoy life and be at peace and could love again, cuz you don't just remember but you go through the experience with the remembering
