No, it wasn't clear. Especially if you looked at the raws. It gave away a completely different feeling. The MC looked like he manipulated the kid (You don't want to sleep with me? So I will leave you). People were not sensitive enough to see it. But now it REALLY becomes clear, the MC wasn't that bad.

Did you even read the same thing as we did? In two occasions, Dohyun said that he liked Sungho in the past. That's more times than adult Sungho admitted liking Dohyun.

If you looked at the raw, it seemed Sungho was bullied, you got the impression something was going on because of Doyhun. I'm not talking about this chapter which made it clear, the MC is not that bad. We know that since a while. I did comment that several times in the past. I'm sorry to express my disappointment.

He wasn't that bad? Dohyun manipulated Sungho and threatened to leave him to make him have sex he didn't want. Sungho was so desperate to be with him he became more active, chasing him like a drug addict, but he is always totally miserable in every flashback. I don't believe Dohyun didn't know it. He treated Sungho like a living sex toy...worse than a sex toy, using mind games like that phone call to make Sungho even more desperate. It's not strange that being thrown away and forgotten after all Dohyun put him through was the final straw for Sungho's fragile mind.

But in chapter 33, Dohyun said in Korean, "I definitely liked you, so I had sex. Aren't you [the same]?" Does that sound like a lie to you? It makes your statement false and claiming that Dohyun was lying won't make your statement truer. Even for those who don't 100% trust that line, in the latest chapter (36), Dohyun's action indicated it. He came immediately when Sungho needed him. He didn't abandon the guy.

Dohyun never verbally or physically manipulated or threatened Sungho. It was all in Sungho's head. Also, how on earth did you come to the interpretation that the phone call was Dohyun's mind game to make Sungho more desperate?????? Like what???? Seriously. Sungho texted him, saying he missed him so Dohyun gave him a call right away because he probably cared. And then he came immediately, again because he probably cared. He liked Sungho after all just like he said in chapter 33.

If the phone call wasn't a mind game, why would Dohyun hang up without saying anything, then come anyway? Sungho was curled up on the floor in the dark, clearly thinking Dohyun wouldn't come. Dohyun probably wasn't lying in chapter 33, he liked Sungho, maybe even cared about him, but it didn't stop him from being cruel. Maybe he was cruel because he liked him. From his actions and his feelings from the new translated chapter 16 I think it's possible Sungho stirred up some kind of sadistic feeling in him.

You're right though, Dohyun didn't threaten him or force him physically, so Dohyun is not 100% at fault. Sungho was messed up to begin with for allowing himself to be treated like that, and he encouraged Dohyun when he should have stopped all contact. If Dohyun was sadistic, Sungho was surely masochistic. I just see why he snapped and carries such hate as well as crazy love.

Your logic is terrible. Did you even read the chapter? Dohyun asked him what he was doing and he stayed quiet for a while jkust to say a single word hello. I don't think Dohyun even heard that word hello because when people say hello, you don't just hang up the phone without saying anything and come running where they're at. What happened is that Sungho texted Dohyun who sensed that he was in troubled so Dohyun called him. Since Sungho didn't say anything, Dohyun was worried and he came to the warehouse to see Sungho.

Your last paragraph is almost correct. Dohyun was not at fault. He wasn't a mind-reader and if Sungho didn't tell him, how was he supposed to know. Sungho wasn't right in the head to get obsessed over Dohyun to that degree. Dohyun was an insensitive kid and that's all there is. I don't see any proof that either one of them is sadistic or masochistic.

Also, Dohyun is a simple guy. Every flashback of high school seen from Dohyun's PoV had been of people having fun, enjoying themselves, being friends and feeling good. Calling Dohyun sadistic and manipulative towards Sungho totally go against everything shown in this manhwa.
