Glunn doesn’t remember much of what happened in the consciousness realm but he did remember some esp his suspicions when he saw his name engraved in ennids mind. And as explain by seth, forcibly severing the link and waking him up usually leads to mind break but due to the dragons blood he just lost the strongest emotion that linked him to ennid. He doesnt forget his memories with ennid, but the feelings were mostly gone. Think like their previous time had rose tinted glass, but now he remember those same time with no rose filter. So he is suspicious that maybe ennid did smth to him during that past for him to have those feelings.
I feel things weren't explained clearly during that time in their consciousness. Why is he acting like that? It is as he said that his feelings got severed when he was forcibly taken out? Did he also forget his memories? Please noo!! I need my honeymoon phase now. I've been waiting for a long time.
