Is the uke on the ace spectrum of some sorts?

esp from the first chapter it doesn’t seem like it, seme just has a preoccupation with penetrative sex which the uke doesn’t enjoy (generally or due to size idk)

No lol, he clearly wants sex and is attracted to the guy. He just doesn't like this one specific sex act (anal penetration), particularly when his partner is too large for it to work.
