oh no it’s a parallel universe. I’m part of that camp that believes experience shaped your character, so if the seme doesn’t even have the same memories as the previous one… is he really the same person yk? but I also haven’t caught up with this in a hot minute so that might have changed
I agree but for me, I am just a “well if they’re the same soul, I don’t care but hopefully he receives the old memories somehow since it’s fiction.”

I made a lengthy post just a few min ago here. I was rambling over fic, a bit embarrassing, but it’s good that a story can invoke this much feels from someone.
I don’t mind if they aren’t the same even by soul. I’ just hope I can whole heartedly accept that by end of this story.
