I mean, she is a modern woman. I do think she's developed positive feelings to ML, she was giddy about going on a date earlier, and joking about being a concubine XD. Also it's hard to tell in the comic, but the spiritual thing they did in that monk house a few chapters ago was actually a step above snusnu. A type of dual cultivation, soul sex if you will :P
