It might be mascara. I don't think Chase has touched his eyes and even then, waterproof needs some serious elbow grease to get rid of. I would be more concerned if it was the other way around, since lightening the lashes is harder.

So I know Chase had his hair died black for this movie he is filming, which included his eyebrows, but I just fucking noticed that the artist made his eyelashes black as well. wtf? His eyelashes were also pale as shit blonde before. How does one DYE THEIR FUCKING EYELASHES. And what are they going to have him do when he goes back to blonde? Rub bleach all around his eyes????
