Probably has to do with quality. The translation is poorer quality than the 4k HD officials. It takes more bandwidth and more processing power to load those officials because they're larger files.
Or your Internet is being slow...

How come wvery time I open the official translated chapters, the loading time takes forever. But when i try to read the ones that were uploaded before but are not the official translation, it loads much faster.
