Honestly, prequel Vasya was far more terrifying and it gives anxious vibe because their relationship felt more unstable and unbalanced, more forceful i think.
In here tho, he feels more human, he feels more fleshed out, matured, considerate and communicate more. He's still forceful, but this version gives Yoon time and communicate better, if it's not working he try again.
Art wise this one better, but i like the prequel eyes version. Characterization they feels more human like here, but it lacks that dark vibes in Mafia organisation compared to the prequel. Also peripheral characters given more attention in here instead of just appearing in plot flow like in the prequel.
I did notice some difference in the details of the story, since i didn't read the novel I'm curious which of these version was more in line with the original.
