The fact that Uno was drugged is not really what made it non-con, because we all know for a fact that Uno has been clear-headed so far and initiated this situation knowing fully well what and who he was doing. The only thing wrong with Uno was extreme horniness. Enzo too was onboard with the whole situation.
It only became rape when Uno was forced to bottom by Enzo.
Personally, I am not mad about it because it makes sense within the existing plot of the story.
