From what I've heard, this isn't an official adaptation and is entirely fan-made. The artist is supposedly in the middle of talks with the author to purchase the rights to it and making it official, but I don't know how credible that information is.
Take all this with a grain of salt, but if it suddenly stops updating, then I guess we know why.
