I agree with you
The author is known for using the 2nd ML as a stress relief before having feelings for the ML. The ML are always that feeling of "there's something with them but I can't put my finger it" for the FL. Luckily the author likes her characters and give each equal time together even lots of trio illustrations. She actually makes you love both male leads, ofc along with the FL. So if you actually want the 2nd ML is best if you leave at least until there's more chapters.
We all fw the college guy don't give us that fling guy attitude like he's just some stress relief until she falls for the ml I for once wnat the story to not go the ml's way. Fl gotta stay strong all men are the same.
