I think it's on propose by author idk.. because even MC saying he likes Carsen he is all that old-fashioned yaoi of "oh pls, hold on, wait, dont to come to my bed" while the girls are all over each other
That just felt really gross and icky. I still dont know why he likes Carsen when the wolf guy was clearly better (idk maybe thats my fault ive kinda just been glazing over these side chapters). Maybe the story shouldve just stayed done with the original endings this feels like things that shouldve been done in the main isekai plot instead of adding all this multiverse stuff
