I don't think I'm alone in thinking the girl's story was more interesting and consensual.
Plus, it's obvious Carsen wanted Maythan and not Jinsoo right? Like, even in the end Maythan is on his mind. We can play pretend that he suddenly got over it when he called him Jinsoo at the end but I really don't buy it. Jinsoo clocked it right the first time.
The idea that Jinsoo and Maythan are the same also doesn't hold up well without the shared memories and experiences. So I don't see that as a valid excuse for them being the same. I can only see him using Jinsoo as a replacement.
Really wish he'd have picked anyone else. Preferably Cedric, but even Kael was a better option. It's just so crazy that Carsen is end game here.
