I mean breeder has access to the JJ so if he wants he knows that Suchan will be desperate to help his friends if he's human and will probably do anything to get that power back to help. If that's the case he can just turn him back into a bug and force a chimera creation I think it would take more than making Suchan human to ruin breeders plans
