Since it's love triangle and TJ has a huge fanbase author said "I'll make Ian choose TJ, but TJ won't give up the organization so he'll go to Jo in the end and they are endgme. TJ fans will have the 'Ian chose him first' and Jo fans will have the endgame". Basically TJ fans will have the consolation prize... Btw to me Ian's heart was very torn until chapter 83, like 51% for TJ and 49% for Jo, and TJ not giving up his place in the organization turned the table to Jo's side. I already know the endgame, we all know it. I still love TJ, hope he climbs to the top and succeds in everything, he won't get the man he loves but he'll get money and power.
Side note *when Ian asked TJ to give up everything and run away together I think that TJ felt like Rhaenyra when Cole asked her to run away with him*
