I really hate it when the bottom has to rely on their abusive top to get “fixed” or “healed.” It feels like depending on the very person who caused the problem in the first place.
I wouldn’t mind if they end up together, but Kim Dan should be able to heal on his own first, and then decide for himself whether to continue the relationship with the jerk or not. Otherwise, it can feel more like an obligation to “repay” the help during a vulnerable time, instead of being about genuine feelings.
Yeah i get it, here it's logical as in order to "fix" their relationship the abuser has to do everything in his power to make life better for the abused to properly signal to the audience he's changed, but yeah, this is clearly fiction XD
