There is a popular theory before that Mihawk is Rayleigh and Shakky's kid but I guess it is untrue. Shanks is already born but the relationship between Shakky and Rayleigh is not yet fully developed in the God Valley incident. Mihawk is supposed to be 4 years old by this time. They could be Hancock's parents because Boa looks like Shakky. Garp became a father at around 23 years old since Dragon is already 16 years old by this time.
