I’m sorry but if 10 years silence isn’t enough to grow up and move on, I don’t know what is. She resents him but is obsessed with him still… and this meaningless vague red string of fate that binds them together is just not interesting at all. Dohwa has no one who knows him past being a celebrity, which is why he gains some semblance of normality being around SooAe- but she’s not good for him either because she’s so stuck in the past.
The author clearly has only one sense of direction and it is towards Eunhyuk, and that would be fine if she fleshed out the story more. SooAes obsession with Eunhyuk feels juvenile, while Eunhyuk has more history that she’s gonna delve into. Yet it’s just not enticing.
