Personally in the beginning, I already guessed that the dad is acting like that bc he doesn’t want his kid to become a hunter for his safety. I’m not gonna say it’s cuz he cares for him, bc he’s attitude towards the subject was just trash. Idc if the “dad’s” intention is good, when you treat someone like that to restrict them from doing something. Like breaking down their confidence, always showing hostility and annoyance, and never being there for them… it doesn’t matter what your intention is, you’re just a horrible person.
