Jazz for two maybe
That was my first taught, but I cheacked it out and it's not it (plus I've read jazz for two before). I honestly think the one I'm searching for has very little to do with music or jazz, but it's the only thing i can remebr from it.
I didn't get far into reading so I can't remember much about the plot, but it had a toned down color pallete, and in the first chapter the main charecter was listening to some american jazz cd in the morning. That's all i rember （/TДT)/. I know it ain't much, but if aybody can identify it I'd be gratefull.
