The only way I can imagine a satisfying ending would be, his friends badger him (even tho it doesn't look like he has good friends), gather a gagne, storm the place, snatch the uke, Slap the seme once cuz they don't wanna damage the case, storm out, sue, and get a restraining order. And the MC goes on a journey of discovery and healing
