I have so many mixed feelings about this, I'm not against Mía remembering Issei fondly, or her friends in general since they were close, but I still feel this preference over Issei, to me, it strongly feels like she is "ok" with Tsurugi but gets starry eyed just thinking about Issei, even her own son stared at her in that panel and she blushed A LOT over the painting, more than her husband and the parent of her child.... the problem is we didn't see more of Tsurugi to be sure he is the one, this is soooo bittersweet, I feel that, if she stayed with Issei, she'll look more "happy" she is thinking and blushing at his memory anyway.
Good for Rihito btw, his girl looks absolutely adorable.
