one if official translations. i will say some people rather read officials as the translation is more trustworthy( some fan translations miss important part/tone that is needed for the readers to understand the context) so what people do is while they read the officials, they save it as they go and then upload it here for others who also prefer officials. if you prefer the fan translations then just ignore the officials
Why update with new translation now? It will take ages to reach the current chapter. Let the old version finish updating. Then start the new version updates. These sudden new version updation is always keeping the readers on long pause which makes us forget and lose interest in the story.
