It's just I'm saying cus i took my time to study korean for 2-3 whole years now, and I'm still getting used to it and for now and I'm barely fluent in it, it's unfair for those who took their time studying and learning the language. It's kinda insane ppl will belittle this position and job but in a way it requires skills... Honestly this is why good translation takes time, like this post is more of a salute to all actual translators. Official and unofficial, not that they're soldiers lol but I just remembered damn how hard it is to balance translating + your life irl.
Makes sense with the AI artists you've got a point! Technically these so-called translators uses ai. It's such a non-issue but love that you kept respectful and thanking them for taking their time of their life making efforts.

To like say you're a translator when tbh you're gonna use Google or any app to translate for you? Like that's like with Ai artist calling themselves artist. All you kinda did was like put the picture and let it translate for you. I had this thought for YEARS. You're more of an editor (since its editing the Korean to English from the script you got off the apps) like how technically jujucat and yk many more uploaders are called uploaders but not translators. Idk. No hate to ppl uploading them with taking their time to edit but it's abit off for me they call themselves translators.
