The manga is a Chinese yaoi. The art style is somewhat similar to Moretones, with elements that remind me of pufferfish and dolphin. The uke is short and uses crutches to walk. He also has to wear contact lenses without them, he transforms into someone else, someone evil . He returns to his hometown after (possibly) killing his parents, though I can’t quite remember the details. The seme is a twin, but only one of them enjoys bullying the uke.
