It's shoujo + romance tag you have to worry about, because if so, that means it's most likely a heterosexual romance going to be canon. This is just shoujo tag, so no really confirmed pairings between the girl and guy but ....

I'm assuming, since Tatsumi came back to his world in the end, he's most likely going to end up with that childhood friend girl of his. It's just a likely assumption since she seems to be important to him.
