Like, nothing. I remember the doctor said he needed to feel happy for.his health but i dont understand the "worst case" thing, I dont understand if in last chapter mc meant that the movement felt abnormal as in miscarriage or if he meant like he didnt know how to express his emotions reharsing babies. I dont understand why they are moving houses, i dont understand if the uneasiness being described was regarding this medical emergency or if the plot point regarding the assistant and the other enemies is still open, like i dont know anything going on and feel so confused.
