The thing is everyone thinks differently. You might not want to live your life taking care of someone like that BUT there are people who do. The thing is ML does not have the right to decide it for the MC. Me myself would take care of the rest of my mother's life even if it meant giving up a bit of my life's time. She gave up hers for me and I would do the same. It's fine if you don't agree the only part that is not fine is thinking that just bc you agree to something it means everyone should and that It is the only correct answer.

The situation of Hangil is pretty shitty. Imagine you’re stuck for life with someone so sick it’s like you’re taking care of a five month old for life. That’s so shitty. You have to waste your entire life to take care of someone sick? Could never be me. Might sound like a bitch but I would never waste my life taking care of my parents like that. For my child, yes, absolutely. But for a parent? That already lived their lives? Fuck that. Look at this dudes life. Miserable his whole life because of his zombie dad. As a parent myself, I would rather die than put my kid through that misery. The top is right, sounds shitty all you want, but he’s right. He didn’t deserve to waste his life with someone who’s only purpose is to care after someone sick.
