Pigs are mainly only used for meat, the author couldn't figure out what to do with Q since its a non-slaughter farm and Q isn't a sow (obviously) so MAYBE the blob thing is supposed to represent his ''meat'' in a sense?? (in a dick/alien/tentacle creature way.. Yall get it??) anyways thats my guess what do yall think
