Its a momentary crash out on horus part given his immaturity which is ofc not excusable but on his part deep down he knows even if seth loves him hes still not seths no1 priority and seth being the noble man of honor would choose his family n duty even if he doesnt love them yk so he assumed seth was leaving him n acted out /lashed out. Did u forget the extent of osiris crimes ? Ill be very happy to recap them for u because horus is anything but similar to rotten Osiris.
